An 1800-unit residential development by Tishman Speyer in Queens, NY. The residences are spread across three towers, positioned on the property to create and internal 1.6 acre park. Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects was responsible for the design of the site master plan, the glass facades of the towers, the lobby design for two towers, and the 70,000sf amenity building serving the site, which includes fitness facilities, pool, basketball court, recreational and business centers.
