This adaptive reuse project explored converting the use of an existing warehouse to an event space, complete with bar, deck, mezzanines, and a pool (with associated locker rooms). Large portions of the existing roof and exterior walls were carved away to allow more natural light and to create a courtyard-type feel. The site plan was reconfigured to allow for the added parking demands, as well as to meet the Atlanta Beltline street improvement criteria.
